Product description

RVS 1.4571 (316Ti) is an austenitic stainless steel similar to 316 but stabilized with titanium to prevent intergranular corrosion and provide heat resistance up to ca. 800–850 °C. The material has excellent corrosion resistance and is used in chemical installations, offshore environments, and the pharmaceutical industry. It is less suitable for high-gloss polishing and slightly more difficult to machine due to the presence of hard titanium carbides
