Product description

A very high‑strength aluminium alloy from the 7xxx series, alloyed with zinc, magnesium and copper, enabling it to achieve strength values comparable to structural steel. Due to precipitation hardening (T6/T651), this grade exhibits exceptional tensile and yield strength, high fatigue resistance and excellent stiffness. This makes Al7075 particularly suitable for aerospace, defence, high‑performance vehicles, sports applications and precision machine components. Although its corrosion resistance is lower than that of 5xxx and 6xxx alloys, it offers outstanding machinability and structural performance. The plates are rolled for maximum strength, precision milled on both sides and typically delivered with protective foil.
